Our Trainers:

  • Sensei Alex Tanaka: With over 15 years of experience in Shotokan Karate, Sensei Alex brings a disciplined yet supportive approach to every class. His expertise in advanced sparring techniques and kata practice makes his classes both challenging and engaging for all skill levels.
  • Coach Sarah Kim: Specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense, Coach Sarah is a BJJ black belt and has competed internationally. Known for her attention to detail, she focuses on building both skill and confidence in each of her students.
  • Master David Lee: A Taekwondo 5th Dan black belt and national champion, Master David has a knack for breaking down complex moves into accessible steps. His high-energy classes are ideal for anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.
